Person-Centred and Experiential Counselling puts you at the centre. It offers a safe and confidential space to connect through talking and activities therapy, accessing feelings that maybe repressed and locked away. By evoking and reflecting emotional issues and concerns, the therapy helps people cope with: 
.  Understanding feelings and emotions such as anger, frustration, guilt, low self-esteem or shame. 
.  Identifying issues that affect mental health, physical health and wellbeing. 
.  Trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
.  Bereavement and loss of a loved one, employment, financial or health.
.  Relationships with family and friends, in separation and divorce.
