I am an experienced and fully qualified Person-Centred and Experiential counsellor. From my private practice in Hailsham, East Sussex, I provide an authentic, warm, non-judgmental and confidential space for you to explore what has brought you to counselling. With experience in working with adults, children and young people, I offer a range of help including:

  • Abuse
  • Ill health
  • Addiction
  • Mental health and wellbeing
  • Anxiety
  • Loss
  • Bereavement
  • Relationships
  • Depression
  • Trauma

'The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination.'                                                                         Carl Rogers

Experience

I formerly volunteered for the Samaritans.

Service Excellence

I engage in regular supervision to maintain professional standards and I am committed to Continuous Personal Development to progress and build my experience. I have full personal liability insurance and hold an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check (DBS), and registered and compliant with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
